IBPS conducts Common Written Exam (CWE) for Specialist Officers Cadre (SPL-II)

IBPS, an autonomous body, has been authorized by the IBA and has received mandates from 20 Public Sector Banks to conduct the recruitment of Specialist Officers from time to time .

A Common Written Examination (CWE SPL-II) will be organized on 16/03/2012 OR 17/03/2013 by the IBPS as a prerequisite for the selection of personnel for Specialist Officers Cadre posts in the following 20 Govt. Banks.

• Allahabad Banks / Andhra Bank/ Bank of Baroda/ Bank of India/ Bank of Maharashtra/ Canara Bank/ Central Bank of India/ Corporation Bank/ Dena Bank/ IDBI Bank/ Indian Bank/ Indian Overseas Bank/ Oriental Bank of Commerce/ Punjab National Bank/ Punjab & Sind Bank/ Syndicate Bank/ Union Bank of India/ United Bank of India/ UCO Bank/ Vijaya Bank

Successful candidates in Common Written Exam (CWE) will be provided a scorecard  and using this scorecard candidate may apply to any of the participating bank when they come up with their job vacancy in due course of time and the successful candidates will have to quote their personal details and their CWE scores.Thus,simplifying the recruitment process for the listed banks.

Each of the participating bank would issue individual recruitment notifications, details of vacancies, eligibility criteria, etc would be mentioned seperately when needed.

2. Marketing Officer (Scale-I)
3. Information Technology Officer (Scale-I)
4. Agriculture Field Officer (Scale-I)
5. Information Technology Officer (Scale-II)

8. Finance Executive (Scale-II)

Applying for CWE : Eligible candidates need to apply Online at IBPS website portal from 10/01/2013 to 28/01/2013 only.No extension in dates,whatsoever.

1. Payment of Application Fees : 10/01/2013 to 28/01/2013
2. Start date of Online submission of Application : 10/01/2013
3. Deadline for for online submission of Application : 28/01/2013
4. Tentative Date of CWE Exam for Specialist Officers posts : 16/03/2013 or 17/03/2013
