6. Constable Tradesmen (Masalchi) : 06 posts, Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 +GP Rs.2000
7. Constable Tradesmen (Table Boy) Male : 03 posts, Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 +GP Rs.2000
8. ASI ( Pharmacist) : 02 posts, Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + GP Rs.2800/-
9. ASI (Physiotherapist) : 03 posts, Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + GP Rs.2800/-
10. ASI (Operation Theater Technician) : 03 posts, Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + GP Rs.2800/-
11. ASI (Dental Technician) : 03 posts, Pay Scale : PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + GP Rs.2800/-

Application Instructions : Interested candidates should send their filled in applications in the prescribed format with attested passport size photographs duly affixed on the application form and admit card on or before 20/07/2011. (Deadline is 27/07/2011 for the candidates from remote areas only).

Fee :An Application fee of Rs. 50/- is payable for candidates belonging to General and OBC categories in favor of the authorities as defined in the detailed advertisement. Fee exemption for SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen only.
